Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we offer free shipping on orders over $75.00.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please reach out to info@welltayl.com and we’ll help investigate.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within 14 days of receiving your order, we will gladly issue a refund. Simply visit our return policy for more details.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@welltayl.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and processed, typically within 5–10 business days.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I use Welltayl products on both my dog and cat?

Yes. All of our skin + coat products are species-safe for both dogs and cats, which means you don’t need separate products if you have both.

Are Welltayl products safe for all dogs and cats?

Yes. All of our products are reviewed by veterinarians and formulated for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and coat types. If your pet has a pre-existing skin condition or sensitivity, we always recommend consulting your vet before introducing any new product.

Are your products fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. All Welltayl products are fragrance-free, essential-oil-free, sulfate-free, and pH-balanced for pets’ more delicate skin. We design each formula to support even the most sensitive pets.

Do you test on animals?

Never. We’re proudly Leaping Bunny Certified, which means our products and ingredients are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

What if my pet licks the product?

Our products are topical and formulated for external use only. Each formula has been safety-tested for incidental contact. However, they are not meant to be consumed. If your pet chews on or ingests a product in larger amounts, please consult your veterinarian or contact pet poison control right away.

How often should I bathe or groom my pet using Welltayl products?

It depends on your pet’s coat type and lifestyle. In general, we recommend using the Coat Wash + Conditioner every 2–4 weeks, and incorporating the Skin + Coat Spray, Skin Barrier Stick, and Bath Brush between baths to keep the skin barrier hydrated, protected, and the coat fresh.

Do your products contain medicated or prescription ingredients?

No. Our line is cosmetic and preventative, designed for everyday use to maintain skin and coat health. If your pet has a diagnosed medical condition, please consult your veterinarian before use.

What is a Welltayl subscription?

A simple way to keep your pet's skin + coat care routine on autopilot. Pick the products you use most, choose a cadence, and we'll ship them automatically so you never run out. Subscribers save 15% off every order, and you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime.

What products can I subscribe to?

Our full skin + coat care line: Coat Wash + Conditioner, Skin + Coat Spray, Skin Barrier Stick, & Skin + Coat Care Trio. Apparel and accessories like the Companion Tote aren't subscription-eligible.

How much do I save?

Subscribers save 15% off every subscription order, automatically applied at checkout. The discount stays as long as your subscription stays active.

How often will my subscription ship?

You pick the cadence that fits your routine: monthly, every 3 months (our default, works for most pets), or every 6 months. You can change the cadence anytime from your account portal.

When am I charged?

You're charged on the same day your subscription is set to renew, your renewal date is shown in your account portal. We'll send a reminder email a few days before each charge so there are no surprises.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes, skip individual shipments anytime from your account portal. Skipping doesn't cancel your subscription, and it won't affect any rewards you've earned along the way.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause for up to 60 days from your account portal. If you need longer, pause it again from there, just note that pauses over 60 days will reset any milestone progress.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime, no questions asked, no fees. Cancellations take effect immediately. If you ever want to come back, your account stays here.

Where do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account at welltayl.com/a/loop_subscriptions/get-subscription-link and head to the Subscriptions tab. You can change products, cadence, skip, pause, or cancel from there. Anything you can't figure out, email info@welltayl.com and we'll help.

What if my payment fails?

We'll automatically retry the charge a few times and email you a heads-up to update your card. If we can't get it to go through, your subscription skips to the next payment, so you don't lose your spot.

Do subscribers get any extras or rewards?

Yes, we're rolling out a loyalty program for subscribers with milestone gifts at 3, 6, and 9 months. More details coming soon.

Are subscription orders returnable?

Yes, our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to subscription orders too. If you're not happy with what arrives, email info@welltayl.com within 60 days and we'll take care of it.

Are your shipping materials recyclable?

Yes. We use FSC-certified paper, post-consumer recycled plastic, and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible. Our goal is to minimize waste and choose materials that are better for pets, people, and the planet.

Do you give back?

Yes. We give back 5% of proceeds from every purchase to support animal health research. Our current partner is the Morris Animal Foundation, a leading organization funding scientific studies that advance animal health and wellness. As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, we periodically rotate partners to support a range of causes that help improve the lives of pets everywhere.
