What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?
Please contact us at info@welltayl.com if you do not receive your package by the projected delivery date or if something is wrong with your order once delivered.
Can I modify my order?
Yes! Please reach out directly to info@welltayl.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your change request. Please include your order number and the product(s) you'd like to change.
Can I cancel my order?
We usually ship orders within 24 hours, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to cancel. During the holiday season, processing times may vary, so don't wait—email us at info@welltayl.com with your order number, and we'll gladly assist you!
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If your package hasn't arrived within 48 hours after you were notified of its delivery, please reach out to info@welltayl.com with your order number.
Where does Welltayl ship?
We currently ship everywhere within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are dependent on where your order is being delivered to and the carrier option. However, shipping is free when you spend more than $50 on a single order.
Can I return my Welltayl products?
We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within 14 days of receiving your order, we will gladly issue a refund. Simply visit our return policy for more details.
